When Will My Order Ship?

When Will I Receive Tracking Information?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking email from us.  If you don’t see package updates immediately, don’t worry—tracking details usually take 1-2 business days to show up.

Can I Cancel, Return, or Exchange My Order?
We’d love to offer more flexibility, but since our inventory is limited, we can’t accommodate cancellations, exchanges, or returns at this time. We hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your support—it means the world to us! 

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If something arrives damaged, please reach out to us with a quick description and a photo of the item.  We’ll make sure to evaluate the situation and take care of it right away for you. We’ve got your back! 

Do You Offer Wholesale?

What If My Order Is Returned Due to an Incorrect Address?
If your package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, no worries—we can resend it for you! We’ll just need to charge for shipping again plus a small processing fee. Make sure to double-check your shipping details to avoid delays.
